We offer standard open window delivery times during normal business hours at no additional charge. Specisif windows and after hours deliveries or pickups tend to sell out quickly and require an additional fee.

We certainly do! The majority of our items are available for customer pickup at both our New Orleans and Gulfport warehouse. Pease note that there are certain items that are only available for delivery by our professional staff and installers.

We do realize that all events are not created equal and try to service all of our customers no matter the size and quantity of their event specific rentals. During peak season, we may require certain minimums for delivery, late night pickups or events outside of our normal delivery area. Please inquire with your event specialist when booking your items.

We recommend reserving your items as soon as you know your event specifics such as date, time, and location. Popular items and delivery times tend to book up rapidly during peak season. The majority of basic rental items (furniture, catering, linens, etc.) are booked 3-6 months in advance. Larger events that require full build outs of scenery, tenting and flooring tend to book out 9-12 months in advance.

How do I place and order? You can call us directly to place an order or fill out out online quote which will be emailed directly to an event specialist. PLease rememebr to provide location, dates, and delivery and pickup times when making your online quote.
